1. Age Verification Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from Kratom Hawaii. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase kratom in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel or refuse orders where age verification cannot be confirmed. Orders shipped to restricted addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Due to the nature of botanical products and safety regulations, we maintain the following policy:
Unopened products: Returns accepted on unopened, factory-sealed products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Opened products: We do not accept returns on opened products unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We will reship or refund at no cost to you.
To initiate a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Do not ship items back without a return authorization.
3. Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Carrier: We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Kratom Hawaii is not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Restricted jurisdictions — we do not ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Jerseyville (IL), and Columbus (MS). Orders to restricted addresses are cancelled and refunded.
Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Contact us if your package is lost in transit and we will work with USPS to resolve it.
4. Terms of Service
Eligibility: You must be 21+ and in a jurisdiction where kratom is legal. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Product use: Products are sold as botanical specimens only — not for human consumption, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Assumption of risk: By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your use decisions and confirm you have researched kratom and consulted a healthcare provider as appropriate.
Limitation of liability: Kratom Hawaii and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any adverse events or misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes shall be resolved in Honolulu County courts.
5. Privacy Policy
What we collect: Name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information when you order; browser type, IP address, and pages visited via cookies and analytics.
How we use it: To fulfill orders, send shipping updates, improve our site, and send marketing emails only if you have opted in.
Sharing: We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to fulfill your order and as required by law.
Cookies: Used for site functionality and analytics. You may disable them in browser settings, though some features may be affected.
